On 9th June 2023, Consul General Mr. Zhang Biao attended the awards ceremony of the 9th Youth Summit of Scotland China Education Network (SCEN). He communicated with Mr. Simon Macaulay, Chair of SCEN, and presented trophies to the teacher and students outstanding in Chinese language teaching and learning. 

Consul General Zhang highly appreciated the key and positive role of SCEN in promoting Chinese language and culture, and encouraged Scottish students to keep their studying enthusiasm. He also wished them to be ambassadors one day and further enhance mutual understanding and friendship between the young people of China and Scotland.
