On 8 June, Chinese Consul General Ma Qiang paid a visit to Grangemouth Refinery, which is the only local refiner in Scotland and a joint venture between PetroChina International London and INEOS Group. He was introduced to the operation of the refinery and exchanged views on safe production and energy transition with Refinery Manager Russell Mann.
