A: Hong Kong is China's Hong Kong and the affairs of Hong Kong are China's domestic affairs, which admit of no interference by any foreign country.

Over some time in the past, the US has repeatedly made improper comments on Hong Kong affairs, which has interfered in other countries' internal affairs and thus violated a basical norm governing international relations. China expresses its strong indignation and resolute opposition. The Chinese side urges the US again to stop any remarks and actions that interfere in China's internal affairs and impede administration of the Hong Kong SAR Government in accordance with law.
